 Support fee

Owners will pay for the maintenance of the building when executing notarial deeds, the support fee will be calculated as follows: BGN 0.30 (excluding VAT) per m2 per month. (excluding VAT) per m2 per month

The support taxa will include:

- Cleaning and maintenance of the grounds surrounding the building;

- Cleaning and maintenance of common and public parts of the building;

- Illumination of common parts of the building;

- Repair of damage to common parts of the building

- Elevator maintenance and electricity charges for common areas and elevator, etc.

Standard finishes of the apartments:

-Corridor: flooring - tile, walls and ceiling - paint;

-Bathroom: floor covering - tile, walls - tile and plaster, ceiling - plaster, faucet, shower; sink, accessories, toilet, boiler;

-Living room/bedroom: flooring - tile/laminate, walls and ceiling - paint;

Possible installment payment.

Payment Plan:

deposit - 2000 Euros;

first installment - 30% of the value of the preliminary contract, after withholding the deposit within 30 days after signing the preliminary contract;

second installment - 30% of the value of the preliminary contract within 3 months after the first installment;

The third installment is 30% of the value of the preliminary contract within 3 months of the second installment;

The fourth installment - 10% of the value of the preliminary contract according to Act 15 or upon signing of the notarial deed.

The payment scheme is flexible and can be changed at the customer's request.
