The residential complex consists of three separate five-story buildings with an entrance and elevator for each building. The three buildings form an almost circular building silhouette. The reception and restaurant are located in the main building, and the terraces of the complex offer an incredible panorama of the Gulf of Obzor and the surrounding hills.
