At Summit Lodge, each condo is rented with an individual plot of electricity and water, so each owner will pay as much electricity and water as they use up.

Buying an apartment is just the beginning, after which it needs to be finished and furnished. This is often an overwhelming task for many of our clients, as we all have busy and dynamic daily lives. As a result, some seemingly basic finishing and furnishing activities can drag on for months or even years, which is bound to increase finishing costs. We offer to save you time, effort and a lot of headaches by eliminating the inevitable and numerous meetings, haggling and illogically high prices for handymen, craftsmen and furniture makers.

Package 1
Finished bathroom - waterproofing, tile, toilet and sink.
Installation of laminate flooring
Paint all rooms with white ceilings and 2 wall colors.
Package 2
Fully furnished apartment. At the moment we can offer only 1 type of furniture, but soon we will announce the second option - Premium Furniture.
