Forest Castle Residential Complex is the third phase of construction of our global project called Forest Club in Varna, Bulgaria.
As in our previous residential buildings, we adhere to the non-high-rise development, which gives additional comfort to our residents. The area of the whole house: 7400m2, 5 floors + 1 basement. A significant number of apartments with terraces from 12 to 30m2.
Forest Club is located in one of the most beautiful Black Sea resorts in Bulgaria, near the famous Kabakum beach. The main advantage of its location is its proximity to the sea - just 15 minutes walk and you will find yourself on the gorgeous beaches. Forest Club is ideal for both summer vacations and year-round living.
The concept provides for a closed territory with infrastructure and entertainment, thought out to the last detail, working all year round. Real estate in Forest Club will become not only an ideal place for recreation, but also a great investment, bringing profit during the year.
Our campus
The house will be built on the territory of our Forest Club. It is about 1.2 Ha of land in a green area, but at the same time not far from the sea (15-20 min) walking distance. With a playground, BBQ area, swimming pool, food courts, swimming pool, restaurant, recreation areas and various activities (ping pong, quad biking, etc.).
Condition of apartments (BDS)
Entrance doors to the apartments:
- metal, platbands on both sides; - handle - push handle; - lock - semi-automatic type «Key/key»;
- hinges - reinforced 3 pcs. on one side.
Window constructions for glazing and filling openings in exterior walls:
- Profile: 5-chamber metal-plastic profile, painted. - Double-glazed window: energy-saving.
- Fittings: with ventilation and microventilation function.
Ventilation damper: provide for installation in kitchen window structures.
Window sills: PVC, color - white, width - 300mm.
Sewerage. In the sanitary rooms of the apartment, on risers K1 is installed tees (crosses) with plugs, for the possibility of further connection of intra-apartment networks.
Floors. Arrangement of cement-sand screed M150
Electricity. From the surface to the apartment panel is performed laying of embedded PE pipes in the floor screed with pulling of input wires. In the corridors of apartments is installed electrical panel with a load disconnector at the input and 1 circuit breaker for lighting and 1 differential circuit breaker for the outlet group.
