The newest complex «Dinevi Resort» in Sveti Vlas which is a continuation of the line of revivalist architecture of complexes Etira 1, 2 and 3, is located in the southern part of the resort Sveti Vlas, 250 meters from the sea and the equipped beach, and 400 meters from the marina «Marina Dinevi».

The house has a parking lot for 129 parking spaces located in the underground parking lot on 2 levels. Each level of the parking lot has a separate entrance and exit.
The complex has two large combined adult and children's pools, one of which has a wet bar.
The entire area is surrounded by natural greenery, there are several exotic tree species that will enrich the local flora and give the village a more exotic look. The planned water areas will create additional comfort and uniqueness of the complex.
